Email Privacy Request Send your data access, correction or deletion request to our dedicated privacy address. Include your registered account email and the specific data you are asking about so we can locate your records quickly and respond accurately.
Live Chat Support Open the live chat window from your account dashboard any time our agents are online. For privacy queries, select the Data and Account option from the menu so your request reaches the right team without delay.

From the moment you open an account to the day you close it, we apply layered protections to your personal data.

End-to-End Encryption

All data exchanged between your device and our servers — including UPI payment references and account credentials — is encrypted in transit using current TLS standards. Stored records are encrypted at rest with access limited to authorised personnel only.

Cookie Management

We use session cookies to keep you logged in, preference cookies to remember your lobby settings, and analytics cookies to understand which features you use most. You can adjust or withdraw cookie consent at any time from the Cookie Settings panel in your account.

Account Security Controls

Two-step verification is available for all accounts and we strongly encourage you to enable it. Login alerts are sent to your registered email whenever a new device accesses your account, giving you immediate visibility of any unrecognised access.

Data Retention Schedule

We hold your account data only as long as necessary. Transaction records tied to PhonePe, Paytm or UPI payments are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial rules; other personal data is deleted or anonymised once your account is closed and the retention window has passed.

Your Right to Request Changes

You can ask us to correct inaccurate details, export a copy of your data, or delete your account and associated records at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days; where legal obligations require us to retain certain records, we will explain exactly why.

Third-Party Processor Accountability

Any partner who handles your data on our behalf — payment gateways routing your UPI or PhonePe deposits, for example — operates under a formal data processing agreement. We audit these agreements regularly and do not permit partners to use your data for their own purposes.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment identifiers associated with your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions. Device information such as IP address and browser type is also recorded to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Payment reference IDs are stored to verify deposits, process withdrawals and meet the record-keeping obligations placed on us under applicable Indian financial regulations. We do not store your full UPI VPA or PhonePe credentials — only the reference tokens returned by the payment gateway.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers — such as payment gateways and identity verification partners — who are contractually bound to protect it. These partners cannot use your data for their own marketing or profiling purposes.

Transaction and identity records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial and anti-money-laundering rules. Once that window closes, records are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Marketing preferences and non-mandatory data are removed as soon as you close your account.
